Snood for iPhone and Facebook Launched!

Snooders,

It's been a crazy week, but we finally released both the Snood for iPhone versions (in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Japanese) and the 1.0 version of our Snood for Facebook App, all in the same week.

If that's all you need to know, head over and play:

If you have a few moments, here are some of the highlights of these all-new Snood games:

  • Snood with Friends ─For the first time EVER, play SNOOD in LIVE head-to-head Multiplayer or invite friends to play later in Challenge
Mode Multiplayer! You can even launch Snoods on to your opponents screen to slow them down in a head-to-head match.

  • Show your Snood Skillz─Share your achievements, post your high scores, and launch SNOODs onto your opponent’s screen to slow them down!

  • Cross-Platform Play ─Challenge your Facebook friends to play with you from your iPhone™/iPod™ touch! Send and receive challenge notifications on both the iPhone and Faebook

  • Make-you-own Snood Music. On the iPhone version, you can access the iTunes® library to play your own music, playlist or podcast while you SNOOD!

  • Five different play Modes to match your Snood-Mood: hill in Classic Mode with no time limits, get to know the SNOODs in Story Mode, beat the clock in Time Attack, and test your thinking skills in Puzzle Mode.

  • Five Difficulty levels from Easy to Evil in each Play Mode─Experience challenges for newbies and experienced SNOOD-Herders alike. Featuring 5 levels of difficulty from

    Easy to Evil!

  • The Snood Family has Grown: ─Introducing new characters like DaBomb, Wildcard and the Joker, each with their own unique features.

  • Re-designed but always Classic─ Both new versions feature all-new 3D graphics for a hipper SNOOD experience! And if you’re feeling nostalgic, you can still play within the Classic versions of Jake, Geji and the gang.

  • Get Noticed─Collect rewards for tricky bank shots and good aim with Style Point Multipliers. Earn Achievements and Rankings and compare yourself against your Facebook Friends and the World! You can view your rankings on both your iPhone and on the FB version.

We've just gotten the final cut of our trailer video back from EA Mobile ,and it looks great. Snood is looking rockstar-good, and we've submitted the code for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Japanese versions for approval. As soon as Apple gives us the thumbs up, you'll be forgetting work...and playing Snood, anywhere, anytime.

Snood in the Twitterverse

A friend forwarded me a cool little "web mashup" today that is called, appropriately enough, Twoogle. Twoogle which shows side by side results of Twitter searches and Google results. We've already got a 24 hour snapshot of all the people Twittering about Snood over on the Snood Webpage,  but Twoogle also provides a cool historical look at Snood mentions in the blogosphere, on the Web, and on Twitter. Try searching for Snood related items...pretty cool. My results are here:
